Terms and Conditions of Sale
Here you will find the general terms and conditions that apply to all bookings with us at Langodden Gard, including bookings made through our website.

The rental fee provided is for up to four adults. If there are more than four adults, there will be an additional charge of NOK 110 per person per night.
The price assumes that you bring your own bed linen, sheets or sleeping bags, and clean the cabin before departure.
Bed linen can be rented at Langodden and cabin cleaning can be arranged.
The number of persons, price, accommodation, as well as other products and services to be provided by Langodden Gard Camping, will be stated in the order confirmation that you will receive after booking.
Additional orders can also be arranged upon arrival.
Cancellation
If you cancel within 3 weeks before the arrival date, there will be no charge.
If you cancel later than 3 weeks before the arrival date, you will be charged 30% of the total amount.
If you need to cancel due to illness, we recommend checking if your travel insurance covers this.

Check-in and check-out times
Reserved accommodations should be ready for check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 on the day of departure. Other times can be arranged.
If you arrive later than 18:00, please inform us.
Force majeure
Events beyond the control of the parties – such as strikes, fires, etc. that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations of this agreement – entitle either party to terminate the agreement without liability for damages.
